Shipping
DELIVERY: Domestic orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (Monday through Thursdays, excluding major holidays). Acknowledgement of shipment will be sent along with a final invoice.
SHIPPING: Most orders are shipped via FedEx services. Freight shipments will be sent based on available carrier. ISUN reserves the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. All shipments are packed very carefully using standard approved packing methods. During warmer months, products are packaged on ice to maintain the integrity of the product and products are only shipped Mondays through Wednesdays via FedEx 2 Day. A customer may request an exception if they sign a shipping waiver. If any damage or loss occurs in transit, please refuse the shipment, and contact ISUN to notify of damaged shipment. Partners based in Hawaii will receive 20% off shipping charges. Any backordered or out-of-stock items will automatically be shipped once re-stocked, unless we are notified otherwise in advance.
